PLACING AN ORDER:

When you have finished shopping, click the words "View Cart" in the upper right corner of your screen. If you have not already Registered with us, you will be asked to do so when you checkout. On the shopping cart screen, select one of the payment options.

  • PayPal (4 percent added to cover additional costs)

You may pay by personal check, business check, cashiers check, money order or Paypal (4 percent will be added to the total sale to cover our additional expenses). Personal or business checks must clear (5-10 days) before your order will be sent. Make checks payable to the Manual of Arms. We no longer accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit card payments because of increased costs, if you prefer to use a credit card for payment please use the Paypal option.

You may order by phone, 269-273-7702, if you prefer, during regular business hours, if we are not available we will return your call ASAP.

If the item(s) ordered is/are available, we will contact you by phone A.S.A.P. to verify the order and work out the details of payment, shipment, and insurance, to our mutual understanding. In the event the item has already been sold, you will be notified by e-mail.

Once your order has been verified, we will hold the item(s) in your name for up to 7 days awaiting your payment.


SHIPPING & INSURANCE:


The cost of handling (packing), shipping, and insurance is your responsibility. $2.00 minimum handling fee on all images and unframed documents. $10.00 minimum handling fee on all framed items. Each order has a $5.00 minimum packing and handling charge. Large items, or those fragile items that require special packing, can carry up to a $25.00 packing and handling charge.


Most items will be shipped to you U.S.P.S., Priority mail. If you prefer other means of shipment, we can work that out over the phone. All orders will be insured for their full purchase price. Shipping and insurance costs will be based on the carrier’s rates. We may sometimes deliver larger items to you at a show we are both attending. Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax unless we are provided a sales tax exempt number.


OUR RETURN POLICY:


You have a 3-day inspection privilege. If you wish to return an item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receipt either by phone or e-mail to inform us of a return. 

  2. Return the item to us promptly in the same condition it was shipped to you. It must be returned in the same packaging, and by the same carrier, with the same insurance. 

  3. Following these procedures and conditions, you may return any item for any reason and you will receive a prompt refund of the purchase price. No refunds on shipping and insurance.
